Before commissioning me, you must read all of the Terms of Service.

By Commissioning me, you will be asked if you have read and accept the terms of service. Failure to follow these terms of service may result in being blocklisted from being able to commission me indefinitely.

If you disagree with any of the Terms of Service, do not Commission me.

I reserve the right to refuse service or any Commission for any reason.

Payment is accepted only through PayPal Invoice for commissions. Refunds are unavailable after payment is sent. Any attempt to charge back a commission after it is paid for is prohibited.

Commissions are not started until the full payment is received. I do not accept payment plans or payment after the commission is completed. There are no exceptions to this rule.

All Commissions will include Work In Progress screenshots during the process. WIP Screenshots will be sent after the sketch is completed, lineart is completed, and during the coloring process. Any changes can be requested at that time, with a maximum of five changes per commission. Any extras will include an additional fee.

All Commissions are prohibited for use on merchandise, products, or to be resold in any way unless agreed to by both parties.

Any deadlines must be agreed on before payment is sent.

Commissioning a piece with a stolen OC or an OC that does not belong to the Commissioner is prohibited. I accept commissions that are meant as gifts.

All character references must be Safe For Work. This means no nudity, pornographic content, excessive blood, gore, etc. I will accept references containing nudity if any genitals/NSFW portions are covered up or censored out.

All of my commissions are posted on my social media accounts, (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) unless otherwise requested by a commissioner. All Commissions will always be uploaded to my website, as an archive for my artwork, and to imgur as a private link for the Commissioner to download a high quality version of their artwork.This link will not be distributed without permission from the Commissioner.
